The Frozen Belvedere
I visited the Ice fjord in winter, and then I returned in September. I was amazed at the difference in scenery, both seasons offered breath-taking views. The Sermeq Kujalleq glacier, one of the fastest moving (40 m per day) and most active glaciers in the world with its annual calving of over 46 cubic kilometres of ice is actively eroding the fjord bed.
The combination of a huge ice-sheet and the dramatic sounds of a fast-moving glacial ice-stream calving into a fjord full of icebergs make for a dramatic and awe-inspiring experience.

Frame Mount note: The sizes indicated on the website are relevant to the photo itself, once the 5cm frame mount is added the frame size will increase 10 cm on both length and height. For example, a photo of 60 x 90 cm will have a frame of 70 x 100 cm. One exception is the 80 x 120 cm Frame which is unavailable with a mount.
